The AIN Summit is a unique forum to provide input on how the AIN is currently working and discuss ideas for the future of the organization. This is a free all-day event. Target Audience: individuals who have been involved in AIN for several years and want to share their experience and/or individuals that are excited about impacting AIN's future. (We will take a break for lunch during the middle of the day.)

Paul Z Jackson is a leader in the application of improvisation in the UK and around the world. Co-founder and co-President of the Applied Improvisation Network, he designs and leads projects, workshops and training programmes that transform lives by developing collaborative skills. In addition to his extensive corporate work with clients including P&G, Crossrail, Tate, Amex, Google and Carnival, Paul has taught and lectured at the London Actors Centre, the CIPD, Aalto, Imperial and London Business Schools.He draws on his experiences in journalism, comedy production and the BBC. A graduate of Oxford University, he is co-author of the ground-breaking book, The Solutions Focus – Making Coaching and Change SIMPLE, rated as one of the Top 30 business books of the year in the USA, The Resilience Pocketbook and the study guide Positively Speaking – the art of constructive conversations with a solutions focus.
