Gail Nugent has been a mediator for 35 years and has spent the last 25 of those working with Districts and parents in special education.  She is passionate about assisting to help leaders, managers, parents and staff be the best they can be while working on behalf of children.  She believes that mindful practices improve our ability to be present, effective and find joy.
